Weekly Stream Schedule

Hi everyone! FossilJockMatt here! I've updated the Twitch stream schedule, since the inconsistency was bugging me. I had been streaming on Wednesday and Friday evening at two different times, but it became pretty tough to organize (especially the Wednesday stream) so now both the Wednesday and Friday streams are at 8pm EST!

Check out some of my past streams and keep and eye out for new ones!

Wednesday night streams are going to be exclusively pokémon related, and typically will be shiny hunting. I've been playing Pokémon Legends: Arceus for the most part, but I also have given the PokéRadar in Shining Pearl a shot (which mixed results). 

Friday night is currently Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I'm working on turning my island into an escape room style game. It's taking WAY longer than I anticipated, but I'm almost done. Pop in on Friday evenings to see some of my newest additions. I also routinely update the Dream Address, so you can check out the island yourself by visiting my dream!

I'm not sure what the next Friday night game will be once I finish up Murex, but we'll see. I think I'll take a break from ACNH and perhaps stream some Stardew Valley or party games with my daughter Roxanne (aka DinoPrincessRPG).

Fantasy monster or apex predator? One of the biggest arguments I see relating to inorganic pokémon is the general consensus that pokémon that look like inorganic objects are not feasible. However, I wish to present a rather scientific argument as to why these pokémon whose adaptations are inspired by man-made objects make perfect sense. Scarlet and Violet News: Region, Gimmick, and New Pokémon

Yesterday's "Pokémon Presents" dropped a lot of news on us, but then again the drought of news has been a long one. Any news would have seemed like a lot. Before going into the stream I had hoped we would see the new gimmick and some new regional forms, which we got both. I also assumed we would get the region name, which we did along with a map. Starting in November we will be able to explore the open world region of Paldea. I wonder what the deal is with the big crater in the center? Not much was shown in the way of specific areas within Paldea, but how it will be navigated was. As many suspected, the legendaries are motorcycles. Well, kind of. Miraidon clearly is. Koraidon just sort of runs around everywhere on all fours. Regardless these two function like the bicycle in Sword and Shield as well as having a gliding and mountain climbing mode.
